Q.) What payment options do you accept?
A.) Purchase Order, credit card, or payment by check - US Funds Only. Website orders are by credit card order only. We accept AMEX, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.
Q.) How can I obtain a quote?
A.) Our site offers the option of creating a quote for those items on your wish list. Use this quote for your requisition or school purchase order. Every school secretary or purchasing department loves to have the correct pricing! You can also use this quote as an order form to mail along with your check. To take advantage of this feature, simply add items to your shopping cart, then complete the checkout process. When it asks for payment information, instead of selecting credit card, select the "Obtain a Quote" option and then complete checkout. These quotes are not processed until your payment or official school purchase order is physically received in our Florida office.
This quote feature is provided for your convenience so that you may print it and attach it to a future order. No more having to call to request a quote and you can do it at your own leisure! By choosing "Obtain a Quote," our system will email the quote to you and to Frog! We'll just wait for the purchase order or check to come in and match it up with the quote. To save time on a purchase order, all you have to do is write the order number that is on the quote. No more writing or typing out all of the items and item numbers!

Q.) You're not on our vendor list. Now what?
A.) We have many ways for you to purchase!
If your school or district uses BuyBoard, we are a BuyBoard vendor under proposal #573-18 - Instructional Materials, Classroom/Teaching Supplies & Equipment. We are a vendor with many co-ops. If you are unsure if we are an approved vendor with your district or one of the co-ops or regional service centers your district is a member of, please give us a call at 800-777-3764 and press 3 in the option menu.
We are a sole source provider of our materials. They can only be purchased at www.frog.com, or by calling Frog Publications directly at 800-777-3764. We have a sole source affidavit we can send to your purchasing department to become a sole source vendor with your district or school. A sole source affidavit may be obtained by calling Wendy Alli at 800-777-3764 x 206 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Q.) How much is shipping and handling?
A.) We ship via UPS or Priority Mail (our choice):
48 contiguous UNITED states: $7 for orders under $70. 10% for orders $70 and over.
ALASKA & HAWAII: $7 for orders under $70. 15% on orders $70 and over. (Due to extensive
shipping charges to AK & HI, we are forced to charge 15% shipping on orders $70 and over.)
