Drops in the Bucket Site License
What the Site License Is
A Drops in the Bucket Site License gives a single school location the right to copy and use any Drops in the Bucket teacher resource workbooks with students enrolled at that location. It’s a simple way to equip your entire campus—without buying separate classroom licenses.
-
Coverage: one physical school site/campus
-
Term: five (5) years from the activation date
-
Programs: all levels/grades of Drops in the Bucket® (as needed)
-
Users: any teacher, specialist, para, substitute, or approved volunteer working at the licensed site
Note: “One site” means one physical campus with a single address. If your school operates across multiple campuses/addresses, each campus needs its own site license.
Who’s Covered
-
Classroom Teachers & Specialists: general ed, special ed, interventionists, EL, Title I, resource teachers
-
Support Staff & Subs: paraprofessionals, aides, substitutes
-
Volunteers & Tutors: individuals supporting instruction under the school’s supervision
-
New Hires: staff hired after purchase are automatically included at no extra cost for the remainder of the term
What You Can Do (Permitted Uses)
-
Print & Copy: make unlimited photocopies/prints from Drops in the Bucket workbooks for students enrolled at the licensed site.
-
Use Any Level: mix and match any level/grade based on student need, differentiation, or intervention.
-
Small-Group & One-to-One: use pages for centers, RTI/MTSS tiers, pull-outs, and tutoring.
-
Digital Distribution (Closed): share pages securely with your site’s students and staff via closed systems (e.g., password-protected LMS, school email) when needed for instruction.
-
Home Use for Your Students: send printed pages home with students enrolled at the licensed site for practice or homework.
What’s Not Included (Limitations)
To protect authorship and ensure equitable use, the site license does not allow:
-
District-Wide or Multi-Site Use: sharing materials with other schools, campuses, or programs not covered by this specific site license.
-
Public Posting: uploading or posting pages to public websites, social media, or open drives accessible beyond your site’s community.
-
Resale or Commercial Use: selling pages, bundling with other products for sale, or redistributing outside the licensed site.
-
Permanent Student Copies: creating bound/packaged “texts” intended to replace original student materials for sale or distribution beyond normal classroom use.
-
Transferability: transferring the license to a different school after activation.
If you need coverage for multiple campuses or the full district, ask us about multi-site or district licensing options.
