It is Frog Publications policy to charge all customers shipping and handling. Our rates are as follows:
UPS/Priority Mail Shipping
add $10 minimum, or 15%, whichever is greater, with a maximum of $225.
US Mail Shipping
add $7 minimum, or 10%, whichever is greater, with a maximum of $225.
International orders

Sales Tax:
By law, tax exempt status only applies when an institution pays the
publisher directly for the purchase. We charge sales tax in the following states. These rates are subject to change without notice:
FL: 7%
NC: 6.75%
NJ: 7%

Q.) What payment options do you accept?
A.) US Funds Only. Website orders are by credit card order only.
Our site also offers the option of creating a "wish list" of materials to attach to a school purchase order or for you to use as an order form to mail along with your check. To take advantage of this feature, simply add items to your shopping cart, then complete the checkout process. When it asks for payment information, select the "MAIL/FAX" option. These "MAIL/FAX" orders are not processed until your payment or official school purchase order is physically received in our Florida office. This "wish list" feature is provided for your convenience so that you may print it and attach it to a future order.
Q.) How much is shipping and handling?
A.) It depends on how you would like your order to be shipped:
UPS/Priority Mail: 15% of subtotal, minimum of $10.00.†
US Mail: 10% of subtotal with a minimum of $7 and a maximum of $225.†

Q.) How long will it take my order to arrive?
A.) It depends on how you would like your order to be shipped:
UPS/Priority Mail: up to 6 working days in the Continental US from the date of shipment.*†
US Mail: Delivery could take 2-3 weeks in the Continental US from day of shipment.*†
*Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii: If you choose to have your order shipped via USPS Parcel Post, delivery may take 4-6 weeks. Select "UPS" or "USPS First Class Mail" for faster delivery (3-5 business days).

Q.) Will I be charged sales tax?
A.) Only purchases made directly by individual residents of Florida, New Jersey and South Dakota are subject to sales tax. All purchases from North Carolina are subject to sales tax. Schools, school districts, and other tax exempt organizations may avoid paying the sales tax by providing a valid tax exempt certificate. The law requires that purchases made by individuals, using their own personal means of payment, be taxed even if they are going to be reimbursed by a tax exempt organization. Only purchase made directly by tax exempt organizations are tax exempt.
