Dr. Clint Van Nagel's professional experience includes teaching disadvantaged and culturally different students, learning disabled and emotionally disturbed students, gifted students, college and university students, state and government personnel as well as educators, physicians, psychologists, and mental health workers in the United States, Europe, and Central and South America. He has co-authored 10 educational training and research grants which have netted more than a million dollars for educational institutions. More than 70 major state educational and psychological organizations have invited him to make presentations of his work, and he has presented more than 800 seminars/workshops on behavior management and learning abilities/disabilities.

Dr. Van Nagel has taught 46 different courses in learning and behavior management. His work with teacher training programs has won him the American Association College Teacher Education Award and the Florida Teacher Education Award. His research on motivating the disadvantaged and on vocational training was selected in 1981 by the Michigan Project (funded by the U.S. Departments of Labor and Justice) to be filmed and disseminated throughout the United States.
